The recommended first dose of AAPCALIS – SX 20mg Oral Gelly (Tadalafil 20mg) is 10mg, taken 20 minutes before sexual activity. The maximum recommended daily dose is 20mg. – myocardial infarction in the last 90 days,
– uncontrolled heart rhythm disorder: unstable angina
– ischaemic heart disease/heart failure,
– blood pressure problems such as high/low blood pressure,
– severe autonomic dysfunction;
– retinitis pigmentosa (genetic eye disease),
– sickle cell anaemia or other such anaemias,
– you are an organ donor,
– HIV/AIDS (especially treatment with protease inhibitors).
