TADACIP 20 (Tadalafil 20mg)

What is the correct dose and how to take TADACIP 20?
In order to get the most benefit from this preparation, it is recommended to start with a dosage not exceeding 10mg and to remember that its effects can last up to 36 hours. The maximum amount allowed to be taken daily is 20mg. This should not be exceeded, as this will result in more frequent side effects and dangerous health conditions.

The preparation should be taken approximately 30-45 minutes before sexual activity for optimal performance. Take it with plenty of water – if possible, avoid fatty foods which prolong the action of the active ingredient!

Avoid drinking alcohol when taking preparations containing tadalafil as alcohol reduces the effectiveness.

What should I know before taking TADACIP 20?
Patients taking medication for the following conditions should consult their doctor before taking TADACIP 20 or avoid taking the preparation altogether:

– Cardiovascular disease, heart disease,
– cardiovascular disease, heart disease, stroke in the last 6 months,
– Myocardial infarction (heart attack),
– heart attack,
– heart failure or coronary heart disease,
– unstable angina,
– blood pressure disorders, including hypertension and hypotension, and patients with,
– retinitis pigmentosa (a genetic retinal disease)
– sickle cell or other related anaemia,
– HIV/AIDS (especially treatment with protease inhibitors)
– organ donors,
– men already taking other erectile dysfunction drugs.

Do not take this preparation at a time when sexual activity is contraindicated because of your cardiovascular condition. Patients who develop symptoms on initiation of sexual activity are advised to refrain from further sexual activity and to seek medical advice immediately.

As with other PDE5 inhibitors, tadalafil has mild vasodilating properties which may cause a sudden drop in blood pressure in patients who may be particularly sensitive to these effects.

Warning and precautions
Tell your healthcare professional if you have any pre-existing medical conditions such as:

– penile malformation or Peyronie’s disease,
– sugar intolerance (e.g. lactose),
– lact lact lactose, lactose intolerance, lact lactose intolerance, lactose intolerance, lact lactose intolerance
– multiple myeloma,
– kidney damage.

All of these may imply an adjustment to the recommended dose.

When to seek medical advice immediately?
It is important to be aware of any serious side effects when taking Tadacip 20mg. In the rare case that you experience:

– Chest pain,

– headache when you have sex, when you have an erection lasting longer than 4 hours (priapism),
– severe vision loss or hearing loss

Possible mild side effects
Common side effects:

– headache
– back pain
-nasal congestion
– Mild nausea
– dry eyes
– dyspepsia

Uncommon adverse reactions which are not dangerous and may decrease as the body becomes used to the active substance. Consult your doctor if the following side effects persist and bother you and if you have any questions about them:

– pain in the limbs,
– redness of the face,
– upper respiratory tract infection
– symptoms, pain, upper respiratory tract infection, urinary tract infection
– diarrhoea,
– photosensitivity,
– mild blurred vision,
– mild blue colour vision.

Why should alcohol not be taken with TADACIP 20 tablets?
When taking any potency medication, it is important to avoid taking it with alcohol. Alcohol combined with Tadalafil causes unpleasant symptoms such as dizziness, fainting, headache or irregular heartbeat.

Why should I avoid taking grapefruit juice and TADACIP 20 at the same time?
For your safety, it’s best not to mix them because the enzymes in grapefruit juice can delay the effects of TADACIP 20 tablets while also increasing certain side effects such as headache, nausea and drowsiness. You should also avoid eating grapefruit while taking the medicine. Serious consequences can occur when tadalafil is taken with grapefruit juice, including possible overdose, which can cause heart problems, brain damage and stroke.
