Do not take VIDALISTA 40:

– you are taking nitrates (e.g. nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate) for chest pain,

– you have rare eye problems such as retinitis pigmentosa, or you have lost your vision due to NAION,
– you are taking a rhizoguaate-binding preparation (for the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension and chronic pulmonary hypertension),
– you are taking alphablockers for high blood pressure or benign prostatic hyperplasia,
– you are taking protease inhibitors because of AIDS/HIV,
– you are already taking another medicine to relieve erectile dysfunction.
Warning and precautions
Please tell your doctor if you have:
Heart problems and are taking related medicines,
– diabetes mellitus (including lactose intolerance),

– sickle cell disease, leukaemia and multiple myeloma,

– disease (including HIV and AIDS) for which you are taking ritonavir, erythromycin, saquinavir, ketoconazole or itraconazole.

The CYP 3A4 enzymes in your intestines may not process tadalafil properly before it enters the bloodstream when taken with grapefruit juice and also grapefruit. It is recommended that you do not drink grapefruit juice for 72 hours before and after taking the product.
