What is the right dose and how to take VIDALISTA 40?
The recommended initial dose for VIDALISTA is 20mg. Depending on how your body responds to this dose, you can decide whether you want to increase or decrease the amount. If side effects occur, take 10mg, but if the desired effect does not occur, take 40mg. The erection pill should be taken unchewed and swallowed with a sip of water 30-45 minutes before sexual activity.

Taking the preparation improves blood flow to the man’s penis, and the effects of VIDALISTA 40 can last up to 36 hours – however, it is not a panacea. You need to be in an aroused state for an erection to occur! Also, when taking this drug at 40mg, remember to take your next dose no earlier than 36-48 hours later. This way you avoid overdosing. It is also important to remember: avoid drinking alcohol and geribim juice at the same time as taking the medicine.

What do I need to know before taking VIDALISTA 40?
Do not take VIDALISTA 40:

– If you are allergic to tadalafil or any other ingredient of this medicine,
– If you have recently had a heart attack, stroke or other heart conditions such as low/high blood pressure,
– you are taking nitrates (e.g. nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate) for chest pain,
– taking medicines for angina pectoris (e.g. nitrates, l-arginine),
– you have other serious heart disease or liver disease,
– you have rare eye problems such as retinitis pigmentosa, or you have lost your vision due to NAION,
– you are taking a rhizoguaate-binding preparation (for the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension and chronic pulmonary hypertension),
– you are taking alphablockers for high blood pressure or benign prostatic hyperplasia,
– you are taking protease inhibitors because of AIDS/HIV,
– you are already taking another medicine to relieve erectile dysfunction.

Warning and precautions
Please tell your doctor if you have:

Heart problems and are taking related medicines,
– diabetes mellitus (including lactose intolerance),
– if you have lact lactactactin lact lactose (including lactactin lactose intolerance), lactactin lactase (including lactactin lactose intolerance)
– sickle cell disease, leukaemia and multiple myeloma,
– severe renal impairment for which the maximum recommended daily dose is 10 mg,
– ulcers and haemophilia,
– disease (including HIV and AIDS) for which you are taking ritonavir, erythromycin, saquinavir, ketoconazole or itraconazole.

The use of VIDALISTA 40 should be agreed after talking to your GP, who will be able to give you the most appropriate advice for your condition and the medicines you are taking.

When to seek medical advice immediately?
To stay healthy, it is important to stay informed about what is happening to your body and to seek medical advice if you experience any changes or symptoms after taking this medicine. If you develop any of the following symptoms, seek medical advice immediately:

– vision/hearing loss,
– changes in vision, changes in hearing, changes in hearing, changes in vision, changes in hearing, changes in hearing, changes in vision,
– an erection lasting more than 4 hours without stimulation (may also be painful).

In all these cases, seek medical attention immediately so that proper treatment can be started as soon as possible!

Possible mild side effects

Do not consume alcohol at the same time as taking the tablets as the interaction of the medicine and alcohol may increase the risk of side effects. Common side effects include dizziness, fainting, headache, irregular heartbeat and other unpleasant symptoms.

Why should I avoid taking gripe juice and VIDALISTA 40 at the same time?
The combination of tadalafil and grapefruit may cause an unexpected increase in blood flow to your body. The CYP 3A4 enzymes in your intestines may not process tadalafil properly before it enters the bloodstream when taken with grapefruit juice and also grapefruit. It is recommended that you do not drink grapefruit juice for 72 hours before and after taking the product.
