Appropriate dosage and how to consume VALIF 20?
The recommended daily dose is 20mg or 1 tablet. It takes 25-60 minutes for the active substance to take effect. Its effect lasts for 4-6 hours. Be sure to follow the safety precautions of consuming a single dose of the preparation within 24 hours.
A glass of water is required to take the preparation, but you can also take it with food. However, avoid excessively fatty foods when taking this product, as the effects may therefore be much delayed. Avoid alcoholic beverages and the consumption of grapefruit juice and grapefruit while taking this product.
What you need to know before taking VALIF 20.
Take this product only if you plan to have sexual intercourse. Consumption without a reason is not advisable as this is not a conventional medicine.

Warning and precautions
VALIF 20 should not be used in the following situations:

– if you are taking nitrates such as dlcyceryl nitrate, which is used to treat angina, or amyl nitrite,
– taking ritonavir/idinavir, a medicine used to treat HIV,
– if over 75 years of age and taking ketoconazole or itraconazole,
– taking antifungal medicines,
-severe heart, liver and also kidney problems,
– recent heart attack or stroke,
– low and high blood pressure,
– a family history of degenerative eye diseases (e.g. retinitis pigmentosa),
– the presence of a condition causing loss of vision due to damage to the optic nerve (non-arteritic ischaemic optic neuropathy),
– use of riociguat,
– aortic stenosis and idiopathic hypertrophic subaortic stenosis,
– anatomical deformation of the penis,
– use of alpha-blockers,
– sickle cell anaemia, multiple myeloma or leukaemia,
– you are taking other erectile dysfunction medicines concomitantly.
If you are taking any of the other preparations, have one of the conditions listed or are in doubt about the suitability of taking it, consult your doctor to discuss your medical history and possible interactions between the preparations.
When to consult a doctor immediately?
The occurrence of more serious side effects is a rare occurrence, but nevertheless, if you experience any of the following symptoms, seek immediate medical attention:
– allergic reactions,
– allergic reactions, allergic reactions, or
– an erection lasting for more than 4 hours and persisting even without sexual stimulation,
– Photosensitivity,
– breast angina,
– amnesia,
– seizures,
– anxiety,
– syncope (transient loss of consciousness),
– increased intraocular pressure,

– angina pectoris (a squeezing, oppressive pain in the area of the heart),

Possible side effects
More common side effects may include:
– headache,
– dizziness,
– stomach upset,
– flushing,
– nasal congestion.
These side effects are often related to dehydration and will disappear once you have taken enough water.
Uncommon side effects that do not require immediate first aid, as these side effects may occur as you get used to the medicine. However, if these side effects persist for more than two weeks or become more serious, seek medical advice immediately:
– sleep disturbance,
– drowsiness,
– sleeplessness, drowsiness, tinnitus,
– back pain,
– muscle pain,
– increased muscle tone,
– dry mouth,
– nasal congestion,
– worsening of well-being,
– increased heart rate of more than 100 beats per minute,
– palpitations,

Why should alcohol not be taken with VALIF 20?
Drinking alcohol can cause increased drowsiness and make it harder to get an erection.
Why should I avoid taking grapefruit juice and VALIF 20 at the same time?
Grapefruit and products made from grapefruit, including grapefruit juice, may interfere with the intended mechanisms of action of the drug. They may increase the amount of vardenafil in the blood. This increases the likelihood of experiencing unpleasant side effects. Therefore, it is advisable to avoid consumption of grapefruit juice for 72 hours before and after taking a preparation containing Vardenafil.
