Product order:
1. Register or log in to Your personal account to track the status of Your order and simplify filling in the data.
After registration, You will be able to track Your orders in Your personal account and add drugs that You often order to Your favorite products.
2. Use the search or select the drug You are interested in in the store.
Apply, if necessary, sorting by price or alphabetically to simplify the selection.
3. Add items to cart
Select the desired quantity and click on the ‘ADD TO BASKET’ button on the product card to complete Your order.
Please note that the cost varies depending on the volume of the order.
4. Go to cart
After completing the selection and filling of the basket, click on the icon of the basket itself in the upper right corner. Here You can view Your order again, add or change the quantity..
5. Placing an order
If You have defined Your order – click: ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT‘
You will be taken to the checkout page. Enter Your details (if You are a registered customer and have already filled in Your details, the browser will automatically fill out this form), select the payment method, confirm that You have read, agree to the terms and conditions and ‘PLACE ORDER’
Order delivery:
After placing an order, you will receive a status email to Your email.
If there are any ambiguities, then during the day, from 08:00 to 22:00 local time, the manager of online shop Men’s Pharmacy 24h can contact You via feedback in order to clarify the details. If You forgot to add something to the order, at this stage you can clarify or change the composition of the order.
If You have e-mail notifications enabled in Your personal account, You will receive an order confirmation letter with the order number, the list of goods in the order and their cost by e-mail.
Orders placed from 08:00 to 22:00 of the current day are processed and shipped on the same day. Orders made after 22:00 will only be processed the next day.
After assembly, the order is sent for delivery, and You receive an e-mail notification with information about the order. After the transfer of the order to the postal service, You will receive a message. It will indicate the order number, its cost.
Usually we try to transfer the order to the postal service in an hour or two on the same day. However, in some cases it may be shipped the next day.
All informational messages to users (e-mail, SMS, Viber, WhatsApp, Telegram, Signal or push notifications) are sent automatically and contain a .pdf shipment receipt and tracking code. Situations are not ruled out when the delivery of a message is ahead of the delivery of an order to a postal machine. You can always track the movement of Your parcel, by the departure code, on the website of the postal service.
Order payment:
We start assembling and placing an order only after receipt of payment to our account. Payment must be made by direct debit to the account indicated when placing the order. For this, it is better to use an international transfer, because, the Internet applications of Banks, often make transfers only within local limits. If you have any problems with the transfer or payment, You can contact us and we will advise You on a solution or discuss your proposals.
After receipt of payment, You will receive confirmation from us about the successful receipt of payment and the status of Your order.
Receiving an order:
We seal Your order in a bubble wrap for safe delivery, along with instructions in Your language. The appearance hides the contents of the package and Your anonymity will be preserved.
Delivery usually occurs within two to three days. You will receive an SMS notification from the postal service with a door code and You can go to collect Your package. Following the instructions on the post machine, enter the door code and pick up Your order from the opened mailbox door.
